Installing QueryPie

QueryPie provides pre-built Docker images for all versions, supporting quick and easy installation based on EC2. For the instance specifications required for installation, we recommend using r5.xlarge or m5.xlarge. For more detailed installation support, please contact the QueryPie technical support team or your designated partner representative.

Upgrades and Maintenance

When a new version of QueryPie is released, we will inform you of the latest updates in the Release Notes. Upgrades are supported for major version releases according to the annual subscription agreement. Minor version releases are limited to bug fixes. For information related to upgrades and routine maintenance, please contact us through the QueryPie Customer Portal.

QueryPie offers a Customer Portal service for faster and more organized customer support.

Request to Join the Customer Portal

Access to the portal is limited. Only customers currently undergoing a QueryPie PoC or those who have purchased the product can participate. If you wish to join, please fill out the application form using the link below, and we will send you an invitation link to the portal.

For users in Japan, please note that the customer portal is only available to sales partners.
