Preliminary Tasks
To assign Allowed Zones to individual users, you must first enable the QueryPie Web access IP control feature for users by navigating to the Administrator > General > Company Management > Security menu. Please refer to the Security document for more details.
Checking Static IPs Registered via Workflow
When a user requests IP address registration through the ‘IP Registration Request’ workflow and the request is approved, the IP is automatically added to the Static IP
attribute in the user’s Profile tab.
The addresses registered in the Static IP
attribute are then automatically reflected in the Allowed Zone tab
as an entry named Static IP
, granting the user access permissions from those IPs.

Static IP
entries automatically registered through the workflow cannot be detached directly from the Allowed Zones
tab. To delete them, go to the user’s Profile tab and manually edit the Static IP field to remove the desired IP address. Once the value is deleted from the Static IP field, the IP is immediately removed from the Allowed Zones tab, revoking access permissions.
The table displays the following information:
Name : The name of the Allowed Zone.
IP Bands : The IP ranges associated with the Allowed Zone.
Assigning an Allowed Zone to a User
To assign an Allowed Zone to a user, click the Attach Allowed Zones
button on the right side of the Allowed Zones tab. This will open the Allowed Zone assignment modal. Select the desired Allowed Zone(s) from the list and then click the Attach
button to complete the assignment.
