Monitoring
Overview
In QueryPie, there are three primary paths for query execution:
Web Editor: Users can directly input and execute queries using the Web Editor.
Workflow (SQL Request): Queries are submitted as an SQL Request through Workflow. After an approval process is completed, a designated Executor performs the query execution (e.g., by clicking an
execute
button).QueryPie Proxy: Queries are executed through the QueryPie Proxy when users connect using the QueryPie Agent or Agent-less method.
The Running Queries feature and
Queries executed as described above can be monitored via Running Queries and Proxy Management, where administrators can forcibly terminate them if necessary (available from version 10.3.0).
Starting with version 10.3.0, the Running Queries feature—previously available only for monitoring under the Audit section—now supports forced query termination.
Proxy Management has supported forced session termination since earlier versions, but its location has been moved under the Monitoring section.
