Web Access History

Overview

The Web Access History records the access history of roles assigned to web applications managed within your organization.

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Access History

  1. Go to Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Access History.

  2. Logs are displayed in descending order, based on the current month.

  3. Use the search bar at the top left of the table to search using the following conditions:

    • User Name: Name of the user

    • User Email: User’s email address

    • Role Name: Name of the role

    • Web App Name: Name of the web application

    • Web App Base URL: Base URL of the web application

    • Session UUID: Unique session identifier

    • Tab ID: Tab identifier

    • Client IP: Client IP address

    • Message: Log message content

  4. Click the filter button next to the search fields to filter results using AND conditions for:

    1. Action Type: Type of action

    2. Action At: Date and time range of the action

Viewing Web Access History Details

Click any row in the list to open detailed information in a drawer panel.

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Access History > Web Access History Details

  • The detail view shows the following information:

    • Action At: Timestamp of the action

    • Action Type: Type of action (Connect / Disconnect)

    • Result: Indicates whether the connection attempt was successful or failed

      1. ✅ Success

      2. ❌ Failure

    • Role: User’s role name

    • Message: Notes on the action or any special conditions

    • Name: Name of the user

    • Email: User’s email address

    • Client IP: Client IP address

    • Web App: Name of the web application

    • Base URL: Base URL of the web application

    • Session ID: Unique session identifier

    • Tab ID: Tab identifier
