Web Event Audit
Overview
The Web Event Audit records audit logs for events that occur within web applications managed by your organization.
Viewing Web Event Audit Logs

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Event Audit
Go to Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Event Audit.
Logs are displayed in descending order based on the current month.
Use the search bar in the top left of the table to search by the following conditions:
User Name: User’s name
User Email: User’s email address
Role Name: Name of the role
Web App Name: Name of the web application
Content: Content details
URL: Accessed URL
Session UUID: Unique session identifier
Tab ID: Tab identifier
Client IP: Client IP address
Message: Log message content
Click the filter button next to the search fields to filter logs using AND/OR conditions for:
Event Type: Type of event (e.g., Mouse Clicked, Clipboard Copied)
Result: Execution result (Success / Failure)
Action At: Date and time range for the action
Use the refresh button in the top right to update the log list with the latest data.
The table provides the following columns:
No: Row number
Action At: Timestamp when the action occurred
Event Type: Type of event (e.g., Mouse Clicked, Clipboard Copied)
Result: Execution result (Success / Failure)
Name: User’s name
Email: User’s email address
Web App: Name of the web application
URL: URL accessed during the event
Session ID: Unique session identifier
Tab ID: Tab identifier
Client IP: Client IP address
Viewing Web Event Audit Details
Click any row in the list to open detailed information in a drawer panel.

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Event Audit > Event Audit Detail
The detail drawer displays the following information:
Action At: Timestamp of the action
Event Type: Type of event (e.g., Mouse Clicked, Clipboard Copied)
Result: Whether the event was processed successfully
✅ Success
❌ Failure
Client IP: Client IP address
Name: User’s name
Email: User’s email address
Role: User’s role name
Message: Additional notes related to the event
Web App: Name of the web application
URL: URL of the page where the event occurred
Session ID: Unique session identifier
Tab ID: Tab identifier
Clicked Text: Content of the clicked text (for Mouse Clicked events)
Event Snapshot: Screenshot of the screen at the time the event occurred
