Customer Portal

QueryPie offers a Customer Portal service to facilitate faster and more organized customer support.

You can register product inquiries, bug reports, etc., as tickets and monitor the progress of your tickets in real time. You can also access QueryPie-related documents such as release notes, manuals, and FAQs within the portal.

Access to the portal is limited. It is open to customers who are currently participating in QueryPie Proof of Concept (PoC) and customers who have made purchases. To join the portal, please submit a participation request through the link provided below. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an invitation link to access the portal.
