Verify Cloud Sync Settings Using the Dry Run Feature

Overview

What is Cloud Sync Dry Run?
The Cloud Sync Dry Run serves to test and validate the cloud sync process, allowing users to preview the expected results beforehand. When modifying existing integration settings, unintentional errors due to user input may lead to unexpected outcomes. To prevent such issues, users can perform a "Dry Run" after making changes to the existing settings to test the input before finalizing it.

Executing a Dry Run

Select the specific cloud item from the list under Databases > [Connection Management] > Cloud Provider.
After modifying the desired settings on the detail page, click the Dry Run button in the top-right corner.

Check the "Dry Run" results displayed in the popup. If there are any issues, modify the input accordingly. If there are no issues, click the Save Changes button to save the modifications.
