Resubmit Approval Requests

Overview

You can resubmit a previously approved, rejected, or canceled request by importing it as it is. If you need to request approval for the same thing repeatedly, you can conveniently resubmit the request using the existing content and simply modifying the approval line, expiration date, etc.

Resubmit an Existing Request

Workflow > Sent Requests > Done

  1. In the Sent Requests > Done list, click on the request you want to resend to enter its details page.

You'll notice that data that has already been deleted (payment rules, approvers, servers, accounts, etc.) will be marked as Deleted. Deleted values will be excluded from reconfirmation, while modified values will be loaded with the current criteria.

  1. Click the Resubmit button located in the top right corner to access the resubmission page.

  1. On the Resend page, you can make any necessary edits to the values you wish to modify.

  2. Once you have made your changes, save them by clicking the Save button.

You can track your request history and approval status in the Workflow > Sent Requests > In Progress section.
