Ledger Approval Rules

Overview

Administrators can define Ledger Approval Rules to be mapped to ledger tables.

The Ledger Table Policy is available only when the relevant license is activated. For assistance in enabling this feature, please contact QueryPie's customer support team.

Creating Ledger Approval Rules

Approval rules, which enforce specific policies when a ledger table is used, can be separately created and managed.

Administrator > Databases > Ledger Management > Ledger Approval Rules

  1. Navigate to the Administrator > Databases > Ledger Management > Ledger Approval Rules menu.

  2. Click the Add Approval Rule button in the upper right corner.

  3. 정책 생성을 위한 다음의 정보들을 입력합니다.

    1. Rule Name: A name to easily identify the approval rule on the interface.

    2. Request Type: Select the type of request the approval rule will apply to. Approval rules are categorized by request type.

    3. Approval Steps: Configure the rule to allow approval in steps.

      • You can add approval steps by clicking the Add Step button, with a maximum of 3 steps.

    4. Execution Steps: For SQL/Export Request types, define rules for the executor.

  4. Urgent Mode: If enabled, this option allows post-approval functionality. (Default = Off)

  5. Click the Save button to save the new approval rule.
