Access to Connection Management Guide

Supported Features

  • Access Control and Logging: Control database access permissions for users or groups and review audit logs of executed queries and other activities.

  • Privileges Control: Control commands for each SQL syntax and manage permissions for database tasks such as data export, import, and clipboard copying.

  • Data Policies: Control table/column visibility, apply data masking, and set sensitive information notification policies for each data source to ensure minimal data access.

  • Proxy Access: Support proxy access for external clients to the database via both Agent and Agentless methods.

  • DML Snapshot: Record before-and-after data changes in audit logs when executing INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE queries.

  • Ledger Workflow: Manage important tables as ledgers and enforce approval processes, including query reasons, when executing DML queries.
