Overview

Records the connection history of servers managed by the organization.

Viewing Server Access History

Administrator > Audit > Servers > Server Access History

Administrator > Audit > Servers > Server Access History

  1. Navigate to the Administrator > Audit > Servers > Server Access History menu.
  2. Logs are displayed in descending order based on the current month.
  3. You can search with the following conditions through the search field in the top left of the table:
    1. Name : User name
    2. Email : User email
    3. Account : Server access account
    4. Server Name : Connected server name
    5. Host : Connected server host
    6. Client IP : User IP
    7. Client Name : User’s connection method
    8. Role : Connection role
  4. Click the filter button on the right side of the search field to filter with AND/OR conditions for the following:
    1. Server OS : OS of the connected server
    2. Protocol : Protocol used for connection
    3. Result : Connection attempt result
    4. Action Type : Connect / Disconnect status
    5. Action At : Connection time
  5. You can refresh the log list through the refresh button in the top right of the table.
  6. The table provides the following column information:
    1. No : Event identification number
    2. Action At : Server connection attempt date and time
    3. Result : Connection success/failure status
      1. :check_mark: Success
      2. :cross_mark: Failure
    4. Name : Target user name
    5. Email : Target user email
    6. Role : Role name used when the target user connected
    7. Account : Server access account
    8. Server Name : Target server name
    9. Server OS : OS of the connected server
    10. Host : Host of the connected server
    11. Port : Port used for connection
    12. Protocol : Protocol used for connection
    13. Client IP : User client IP address
    14. Client Name : User’s connection method
    15. Message : Records of unusual events such as connection failures

  • The right drawer displays the following information:
    1. Result : Server connection success/failure status
      1. :check_mark: Success
      2. :cross_mark: Failure
    2. Name : Target user name
    3. Action At : Connection time
    4. Action Type : Connect / Disconnect status
    5. Connected From : Connection method
    6. Role : Role used when the target user connected
    7. Command Audit : Command recording view through this connection
    8. Session Log : Session recording view through this connection
    9. Server Name : Target server name
    10. Server OS : OS of the connected server
    11. Host : Host of the connected server
    12. Port : Port used for connection
    13. Account : Server access account
    14. Protocol : Protocol used for connection
    15. Client Name : User’s connection method
    16. Client IP : User client IP address
    17. Reverse Tunnel Agent Name : When connected through Reverse Tunnel, the Name of the Reverse Tunnel Agent used
    18. Tag : When connected through Reverse Tunnel, the Tag used to select the Reverse Tunnel Agent
    19. ProxyJump : When accessing a server via Jump Host, the applied ProxyJump
    20. Message : Records of unusual events such as connection failures
