Servers

Overview

QueryPie supports viewing, creating, modifying, and deleting Server assets. Servers synchronized through Cloud Providers, APIs, or manually registered servers are all managed on the same page.

Viewing Servers

  1. Navigate to Administrator > Servers > Connection Management > Servers menu.
  2. You can search by server name using the search box in the top left of the table.
  3. You can refresh the server list using the refresh button in the top right of the table.
  4. The table provides the following column information:
    1. Name : Server name
    2. Host : Server’s IP or domain
    3. Cloud Provider : Connected platform (displayed as hyphen for manually registered servers)
    4. Server OS : Server’s OS
    5. OS Version : Server OS detailed version
    6. Tag : List of tags attached to the server
    7. Server Agent : (Windows Server only) Server Agent Online/Offline status and version information
    8. Created At : Server creation date and time
    9. Updated At : Server last modification date and time
  5. Click on each row to view server detailed information.

Creating Servers

  1. Navigate to Administrator > Servers > Connection Management > Servers menu.
  2. Click the + Create Server button in the top right.
  3. Refer to the Manually Registering Individual Servers guide to register servers.

Deleting Servers

  1. Navigate to Administrator > Servers > Connection Management > Servers menu.
  2. Check the checkbox on the left of the target server to delete in the table.
  3. Click the Delete button that appears in the table column line.
  4. When a popup appears, enter the DELETE text and click the Delete button to proceed with deletion.

When deleting a Server, all access permissions for that server granted to users/groups are bulk deleted.
