Web Event Audit

Overview

Records the audit history of web application events managed by the organization.

Viewing Web Event Audit

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Event Audit

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Event Audit

  1. Navigate to the Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web Event Audit menu.
  2. Logs are displayed in descending order based on the current month.
  3. You can search with the following conditions through the search field in the top left of the table:
    1. User Name : User name
    2. User Email : User email
    3. Role Name : Role name
    4. Web App Name : Web application name
    5. Content : Content content
    6. Url : Accessed URL
    7. Session Uuid : Session unique identifier
    8. Tab Id : Tab identifier
    9. Client Ip : Client IP address
    10. Message : Message content
  4. Click the filter button on the right side of the search field to filter with AND/OR conditions for the following:
    1. Event Type : Event type (Mouse Clicked/Clipboard Copied, etc.)
    2. Result : Execution result (Success/Failure)
    3. Action At : Action occurrence date and time range
  5. You can refresh the log list through the refresh button in the top right of the table.
  6. The table provides the following column information:
    1. No : Sequence number
    2. Action At : Action occurrence date and time
    3. Event Type : Event type (Mouse Clicked, Clipboard Copied, etc.)
    4. Result : Execution result (Success/Failure)
    5. Name : User name
    6. Email : User email
    7. Web App : Web application name
    8. URL : Accessed URL
    9. Session ID : Session unique identifier
    10. Tab ID : Tab identifier
    11. Client IP : Client IP address

Viewing Web Event Audit Details

You can view detailed information by clicking on each row.

  • The right drawer displays the following information:
    1. Action At : Action time
    2. Event Type : Event type (Mouse Clicked, Clipboard Copied, etc.)
    3. Result : Event processing success/failure status
      1. ✅ Success
      2. ❌ Failure
    4. Client IP : Client IP address
    5. Name : Target user name
    6. Email : Target user email
    7. Role : User role name
    8. Message : Records of unusual events such as event execution
    9. Web App : Web application name
    10. URL : Page URL where the event occurred
    11. Session ID : Session unique identifier
    12. Tab ID : Tab identifier
    13. Clicked Text : Clicked text content (for Mouse Clicked events)
    14. Event Snapshot : Screen screenshot at the time of event occurrence
