Overview

This is a page for viewing QueryPie workflow approval reception and approval history.

When users request specific permissions on the Workflow page or approvers approve or reject requests, you can check the history in Workflow Logs.

Viewing Workflow Logs

1. Navigate to the Administrator > Audit > General > Workflow Logs menu.
2. Administrator permission grant or revocation logs are displayed from the latest to oldest based on Action At.
   1. Name : Display Name is shown.
   2. Description : Details of granted administrator permissions
   3. Action By : Subject of administrator permission grant or revocation (displayed as System for automatic revocations)
3. Supported search conditions are as follows:
   1. Workflow Title : Workflow name
   2. Name : User name
   3. Email : Email
   4. Action By : Action performer (self or proxy approver)
   5. Token ID : Token identification ID used for API calls
4. Supported filter conditions are as follows:
   1. Action At : Log occurrence period range
   2. Action Type : Workflow submission/approval (approval/rejection)/cancellation history
      1. Workflow Requested : Workflow submission (also applies to Resubmit cases)
      2. Workflow Approved : Workflow approval
      3. Workflow Rejected : Workflow rejection
      4. Workflow Canceled : Workflow cancellation
      5. Workflow Expired : Workflow expiration
      6. Workflow SQL Executed : Workflow SQL query execution
      7. Workflow Export Executed : Workflow SQL Export execution
      8. Workflow Reviewed : Workflow reviewer confirmation
   3. Request Type : Workflow type
      1. DB Access Request
      2. SQL Request
      3. SQL Export Request
      4. Server Access Request
      5. Access Role Request
