Overview
Records user activities for web applications managed by the organization.
Viewing User Activity Recordings
Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > User Activity Recordings
- Navigate to the Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > User Activity Recordings menu.
- Logs are displayed by the number of history based on the current month.
- You can search with the following conditions through the search field in the top left of the table:
- User Name : User name
- User Email : User email
- Role Name : Role name
- Web App Name : Web application name
- Web App Base Url : Web application base URL
- Session ID : Session unique identifier
- Client Ip : Client IP address
- Click the filter button on the right side of the search field to filter with AND conditions for the following:
a. Action At : Action occurrence date and time range
Viewing User Activity Recordings Details
You can view detailed information by clicking on each row.
Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > User Activity Recordings > User Activity Recordings Details
- The detail page displays the following information:
- Action At : Action time
- Name : Target user name
- Role : User role name
- Client Ip : Client IP address
- Session ID : Session unique identifier
- Email : Target user email
- Web App : Web application name
- Base URL : Web application base URL
- Event Timeline displays only items configured by administrators to record
- Navigated : Page navigation records (when configured)
- Mouse Clicked : Mouse click events (when configured)
- Clipboard Copied : Clipboard copy events (when configured)
- File Uploaded : File upload events (when configured)
- File Downloaded : File download events (when configured)
- Value Changed : Value change events (when configured)
- Scrolled Up/Down : Scroll events (when configured)
- Print Initiated : Print start events (when configured)
- URL : Accessed page URL
- Tab ID : Tab identifier
- Timestamp : Event occurrence time
- The right side of the screen displays screenshots of the actual web application accessed by the user.
Administrators can configure the types of user activities to record for each web application in Web Apps > Web App Configurations.
