Web App Role History

Overview

Records the history of role grants and revocations for web applications managed by the organization.

Viewing Web App Role History

1. Navigate to the Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web App Role History menu.
2. Logs are displayed in descending order based on the current month.
3. You can search with the following conditions through the search field in the top left of the table.
   a. User Name : User name
   b. User Email : User email
   c. Role Name : Role name
4. Click the filter button on the right side of the search field to filter with AND/OR conditions for the following:
   1. Event : Event type
   2. User Type : User type
   3. Action At : Action occurrence date and time range
5. You can refresh the log list through the refresh button in the top right of the table.
6. The table provides the following information:
   1. No : Sequence number
   2. Action At : Action occurrence date and time
   3. Event : Event type (Role Granted, Role Revoked)
   4. User Type : User type (USER, GROUP)
   5. Name : User name
   6. Email : User email
   7. Role Name : Granted/revoked role name
   8. Expiration Date : Role expiration date and time
   9. Action By : Administrator name who performed the action

Viewing Web App Role History Details

You can view detailed information by clicking on each row.

• The right drawer displays the following information:
  1. Role Name : Granted/revoked role name
  2. Event : Event type (Role Granted, Role Revoked)
  3. Name : Target user name
  4. Email : Target user email
  5. Action At : Action time
  6. Action By : Administrator name who performed the action
  7. Expiration Date : Role expiration date and time
  8. Policies : List of policies included in the corresponding role
     1. Name : Policy name
     2. Description : Policy description
     3. Version : Policy version
