Web App Role History
Overview
Records the history of role grants and revocations for web applications managed by the organization.
Viewing Web App Role History

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web App Role History
- Navigate to the Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web App Role History menu.
 - Logs are displayed in descending order based on the current month.
 - You can search with the following conditions through the search field in the top left of the table.
a. User Name : User name
b. User Email : User email
c. Role Name : Role name - Click the filter button on the right side of the search field to filter with AND/OR conditions for the following:
- Event : Event type
 - User Type : User type
 - Action At : Action occurrence date and time range
 
 - You can refresh the log list through the refresh button in the top right of the table.
 - The table provides the following information:
- No : Sequence number
 - Action At : Action occurrence date and time
 - Event : Event type (Role Granted, Role Revoked)
 - User Type : User type (USER, GROUP)
 - Name : User name
 - Email : User email
 - Role Name : Granted/revoked role name
 - Expiration Date : Role expiration date and time
 - Action By : Administrator name who performed the action
 
 
Viewing Web App Role History Details
You can view detailed information by clicking on each row.

Administrator > Audit > Web Apps > Web App Role History > Web App Role History Details
- The right drawer displays the following information:
- Role Name : Granted/revoked role name
 - Event : Event type (Role Granted, Role Revoked)
 - Name : Target user name
 - Email : Target user email
 - Action At : Action time
 - Action By : Administrator name who performed the action
 - Expiration Date : Role expiration date and time
 - Policies  : List of policies included in the corresponding role
- Name : Policy name
 - Description : Policy description
 - Version : Policy version
